Terms of Service

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to verified graduates of the Mpesa Foundation Academy. Applications are reviewed and approved by the association's administrators; submitting false information during registration is grounds for application rejection or account removal.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to create duplicate accounts, manipulate election results, impersonate another member, or interfere with the platform's normal operation. Multiple-account fraud signals are actively monitored.

3. Election Participation

Members may register to vote and apply for candidacy in accordance with each election's published nomination, campaign, and voting periods. Every vote is final once submitted. Candidacy applications are subject to review and approval by the Alumni Election Committee (AEC).

4. Leadership Conduct

Members elected to leadership positions are expected to act in the interest of the alumni community and may have their term ended for conduct inconsistent with that responsibility, as determined by the association's governance process.

5. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
